As the seasons come and go,

so do changes in our lives.

Out with the old; in with the new,

Like Jesus dying on the cross,

forgiving our sins

and rising up anew.

Comes another year

with love, strength and understanding

We face a new time,

with learned wisdom

No matter when, where or why -

no matter how simple or hard,

in my heart there you are.
